BUT, not to much understanding from the owner on problems that visitors can have when arriving from overseas!! Because we where late due to several traveling delays we were advised to spend a night at a hotel because he could not keep staff up to late to wait for us!! So we had to overnight on the M25 at an additional cost of 130 pounds, so unfourtunatly not much "customer satisfaction" from our side. Would definitely NOT use this owner again and will be describing the problems to Trip Advisor".

Excellent apartment It would have been good to have been told about the scaffolding outside both bedroom windows and the fact that the windows didn't open either making the rooms very stuffy. Also that the Undercliffe is currently closed for works on the garages at the back so had to drag luggage from the front to the back of the property where the apartment entry lies - workmen will be arriving at 7 a.m. .
