Please note a £100 security deposit is required by the park on arrival to be paid by card. If you wish to pay with cash, please contact and arrange this with the park ahead of arrival.
Please note to pre-book any required highchairs and cot rental ahead of arrival.
Bathrobes are available to hire from reception, they are £5 plus a cash deposit per robe.

worst holiday dirty carpets dead bugs dust and i fell through the decking as it was rotten

The lodge was in need of refurbishment.The carpets were very dirty, some radiators were rusty.The veranda felt soft under foot, could be dangerous!

The accommodation was perfect for a holiday with a dog, being comfortable and spacious with an enclosed outside area. The location was great with the county park right on the doorstep and a short drive to the beach and the staff were helpful. Being located on a hill means that the accommodation is staggered, so most lodges have a decent view rather than looking straight in to the neighbours, which we have found at some parks.The lodge was generally well equipped but was lacking any chopping board or baking tray, although this didn’t really affect us as we only cooked one meal (if you count putting a pizza in the oven as cooking) in the lodge. We didn’t use the second bedroom so only found the vacuum cleaner hiding in the wardrobe as we were packing to leave. We would of used it if we had realised it was there.We arrived on one of the few warm sunny days this summer and the Lodge was boiling because all of the windows had been closed and the curtains opened in a south facing room. It was a greenhouse that we were unable to cool down on the first evening despite having all doors and windows open.
