The property is approximately two miles from the centre of Eastbourne, packed with a range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Its current location in Sovereign Harbour means the property is just a short stroll from the waterfront, and there is an excellent pebble garden with seating to enjoy the views from. Shop: 2 miles, Pub: 0.3 miles, Coast: 0.2 miles.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen is delightfully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Additionally there is a good sized dining table with seats, and the kitchen leads to the cloakroom with washbasin and w.c.

Garage is accessible from the hallway, and is home to the washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor:

Sitting Room is a good size with two sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD player and doors to the balcony with wonderful harbour views.

Bedroom 1 has adult sized bunk bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and fold away bed for extra guest.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 2 is fitted with 5'' double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin and w.c.

Bedroom 3 has a 4ft 6” double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Bathroom with bath and hand held shower, washbasin and w.c. which is also accessible from the second bedroom and landing.

Heating: Gas central heating.

Parking: Dedicated car parking space.
