Cottage lies in an excellent location, 10 mins from Avon Beach. It has all the amenities needed and comfortably sleeps six persons. Rooms are modernly furnsihed and the cottages lies in an excellent quiet area making it an ideal holiday location.

We stayed at Charlotte's Rest, a lovely house in a pleasant neighbourhood. We were a party of 6, my husband and I - both over 65, my daughter, her husband and my son - all in their 30s and professional people, and our 3 year old granddaughter. We choose this week each year for a family get together in a rented property and as you can guess from our profile, the week is always a quiet one.We were extremely lucky with the weather and were delighted with the accessible and private garden with a table and chairs for the six of us. On the first night (6th July) we sat in the garden catching up and watching our granddaughter play. We had our supper outdoors then moved inside at about 8.30 pm. As we were out all day and the beach was so near, this was the only day we ate outside apart from one early evening meal before going out.
