The balcony high up above the rooftops has distant views out to sea and is a perfect spot to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine!

The location of the apartment couldn't be better as you can walk everywhere. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and you can choose from the many deli's and bread shops to pick up a picnic along the way. Brighton centre is a short bus ride or 30 minute walk away and Hove station is a 10 minute walk with fast links to London and the south coast.
