Snaptrip says

Orchard Cottage in Somerset is highly praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful location. Guests appreciate the well-maintained hot tub, the proximity to local attractions, and the property's suitability for both relaxation and exploration. The cottage's amenities and the attentive staff contribute to a homely and enjoyable stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently commend the exceptional cleanliness of the cottage, with multiple reviews highlighting the thoroughness of the cleaning team and the well-kept surroundings.

The cottage's location is celebrated for its tranquillity and convenience to nearby towns and attractions, though some guests note the challenge of accessing local pubs without using main roads.

The majority of guests find the cottage comfortable and homely, with a few remarks about the beds and sofas being less comfortable for some preferences.

Facilities, particularly the hot tub, are highly regarded, with daily maintenance noted. However, there is a mention of WiFi being hit and miss, and one instance of a blocked view due to new construction.

While the reviews reflect a high level of satisfaction with the staff's attentiveness and the provision of amenities, there is no mention of gifts, so it is not possible to assess thoughtfulness in this context.

It was clean quiet and very cosy. There is everything provided for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was so good after a long day walking and exploring. Our dog Archie made friends with the lady who cleaned the hot tub, she was so lovely and friendly. We would definitely recommend this lovely little cottage.

Not only a pear tree but two partridges! Unobtrusive cleaning of the hot tub concerns me about others we’ve used.
