Church Farm is a National Trust farmhouse tucked away in an idyllic rural location near Dunkery Beacon in a beautiful part of Exmoor National Park. It is situated at the head of the East Water and is surrounded by open moorland where wild red deer and Exmoor ponies roam freely.
Accommodation
The three bedrooms are all on the first floor. The largest bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, so it can be used as a double or a twin. There is a further double bedroom and single bedroom also.
Note, the capacity of this cottage is now a maximum of 4 guests in 3 bedrooms.

A brilliant family holiday location! We spent a wonderful week with our grandchildren aged 3 and 10 and their high spots were seeing the dogs, chickens, sheep and horses in the nearby stable yard, plus riding at Burrowhayes Riding Centre. Minehead with Sandy beaches was within easy reach and they lo.... A brilliant family holiday location! We spent a wonderful week with our grandchildren aged 3 and 10 and their high spots were seeing the dogs, chickens, sheep and horses in the nearby stable yard, plus riding at Burrowhayes Riding Centre. Minehead with Sandy beaches was within easy reach and they loved Lee Bay through the Valley of the Rocks. The accommodation is spacious and immaculately clean. Angela and Bob are ideal hosts - they’re if needed but never intrusive. This is our second stay at Church Farm and sure it won’t be our last! We loved it all and even the weather was kind to us.
