Small south-facing sitting-out area (bench) across which, in typical nineteenth century fashion, the adjoining cottages have right of access. Parking for one small car.

Bathroom (suite plus bath-shower, washing machine, tumble drier). Stairs up to a double bedroom (5’ bed, no clothes-hanging space). More stairs up to two more bedrooms − a double (5’ bed), and a twin. Sleeps maximum 5. A welcoming cottage, in a lovely location for walking, cycling, riding, fishing and exploring Exmoor and its pretty villages.
