To the front, an open garden and, at the back, a totally private sunny garden (table/chairs), completely enclosed with tiny wildlife pond (uncovered), where the occasional squirrel comes to bury nuts in the lawn.
Level access from parking to front door; hall to sunny living/dining room with big bay window to the front, TV/DVD, iPod dock and ‘living flame’ gas fire; kitchen (washing machine, microwave, fridge, electric oven/ gas hob) with door to utility area (for drying clothes/walking boots) leading to the back garden. Two bedrooms looking to the back garden and Exmoor beyond – a double and a single; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Internet hot-spot but not guaranteed. Lovely parkland level walk to pubs, shops, theatre (¾mile – remember torch!) and beach, 1 mile.

"My wife, daughter and I were very pleased with Exmoor View (F88), especially the views from both bedrooms. The owners, Steve and Marianne welcomed us and showed us around which was very helpful, and the tea, coffee and milk provided upon our arrival was very welcome. The bungalow was suitably equipped for our needs during our stay, and the owners were available at the end of the phone to assist when we had a query, which was answered in full and to our satisfaction. Our thanks to the owners and all concerned at Helpful Holidays."
