The village of Porlock offers a bespoke selection of shops, restaurants and tea rooms, while a stroll down to Porlock Weir will bring you to an idyllic working harbour to watch the boats pull in their catch. From here you can walk to Porlock Marsh or Culbone, home to England s smallest church. For the beach and family fun, head to Minehead where you can also jump on the West Somerset Steam Train for coastal rides. Neighbouring Blue Anchor offers harbour fishing and boat trips. Other nearby attractions include Dunster Castle and it's medieval village, well worth a visit. You'll find the Coleridge Way for dog walks close by and the start of The South West Coast Path is in Minehead too.
