On entering the property, guests will find a very comfortable king-size bed, as well as a stylish bathroom. The open plan kitchen/dining area contains breakfast bar seating, along with two sofas which enable the guests to unwind in front of the TV following a busy day visiting the local area. There’s also a set of French doors which open out to the garden and stunning views of the local area. Outside of the property there’s plenty for guests to enjoy, with a barbecue along with seating area, so why not top off summer evenings surrounded by green and pleasant land with a burger or two along with your favourite drink? The garden’s also plenty big enough for man’s best friend to roam around, with a well behaved dog welcome. Though guests must ensure that the dog is kept on a leash around the farm animals. Speaking of farm animals, the farm plays host to cows, goats, pigs, sheep, geese and Alpacas, and guests are welcome to explore the 50+ acres of farm land. Everything you need is there, the only thing I would point out is there is no Icebox in the fridge, apart from that brilliant.Would definitely stay again.

The better part of a mile of narrow single track winding and rising and falling across a barren, uninhabited moor. In failing light and rain one tends to keep a lookout for the Baskerville hound ! The cottage itself, a beautifully converted farm building was nigh on perfect and the owners were unobtrusively welcoming. If you seek solitude, silence and scenery this is for you.

Very comfortable and clean with everything you could need. Owners were lovely and helpful. Garden was great even for my greyhounds. Very enjoyable break.
