Accommodation

The cottage is fitted with central heating throughout. There is also an 'electric wood-burner' in the sitting room. Heating, electricity and wifi are all included in the price of the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take them on day trips.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a broad range of cooking equipment, pots and pans as well as crockery/cutlery/glassware.
The water supply comes from a local natural spring.
Please note that there are no food or drink items in the welcome pack.
As with much of Exmoor, mobile phone reception in the cottage is very poor. However, if you turn ‘WiFi Calling’ on on your mobile you will be able to make/receive calls/texts over the cottage WiFi - you can often find this tab under Settings and then Phone, or alternatively contact your service provider and ask them to activate it.

Horner Cottage is very well appointed and very quiet. The outlook to the Manor's garden is lovely and the location is very convenient for visiting several local attractions.

Another wonderful stay in Horner Cottage. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Very clean and well equipped. The iron wasn't working but a replacement was quickly offered by the helpful and on hand hosts Phil and Michael. We will keep returning.

This was our second stay at Horner Cottage and we will, hopefully, be back again. The cottage was once again in immaculate condition and exceptionally clean. It is the perfect size for two people and very comfortable. It was a quiet haven over Christmas.
