Kick back on the covered verandah as you watch the wildlife go by, or kick off your boots and complete a hard day’s exploring with a soak under starry skies in the hot tub. With an on site pool* that can be booked for private use, a games room*, outdoor table tennis and in–lodge therapies* there’s plenty for everyone.
Head for a hike through the surrounding acres of woodland, take a guided wildlife walk on Exmoor, with its famous ponies, or enjoy golden sands and traditional seaside fun at Exmouth and Sidmouth, an hour away. While riding, fishing and cycling opportunities abound Longleat Safari Park is nearby.

My fiance brought me here to celebrate my 30th for 3 nights & we both wished we had booked longer! The owners are amazing and if you need anything all you have to do is text/call and they are more than happy to help! They can't give enough recommendations of where you should visit whilst down there. Everyday we went out exploring and came back to our picturesque lodge and hot tub. We are already looking at dates to return, think this will be an annual favourite for this couple. Thank you Exmoor Gate Lodges!
