There are views of racehorses training and opportunities to watch lambing from the end of March to mid-May. Check out the horse racing yards, or walk the farmland tracks and meander alongside the rivers. You’ll find everything from short strolls to way marked paths and full-on rambles locally – so take a hike and leave everyday life behind.

Designed with you in mind, this cosy cluster of lodges keeps the emphasis on indulgent home-from-home living. Snuggle up by the wood-burner with your loved one, or drink in the dark skies as you sink back into the luxury of your very own private bubbling hot tub.

Discover the soaring cliffs, horseshoe coves, unique beaches and famous fossils of the iconic Jurassic Coast. Climb up Golden Cap, Ham Hill or Pilsdon Pen and feast your eyes on some of Britain’s most breath-taking views. Amazing stay, perfect location. A real slice or heaven. Peace and quiet. As soon as we arrived, we were planning our next visit. The cakes and fresh eggs were a lovely treat. The hot tub was wonderful for the joints and the log burner was perfect for the cold nights. We felt at home. Thank you.

Wonderful lodge in well thought out, private location but still with great views. Clean and well equipped with nice little extras of cakes, eggs and essentials. Only niggle was the oven which didn't cook things well and took ages.

Furnishings are lovely. Live the hot tub. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a dog
