Found on the Lakeview resort in the heart of Somerset’s countryside, Bramble Cottage is a two bedroom home from home that makes the perfect rural retreat for a family break. The contemporary kitchen, dining and living area areas you can take your time over a special family meal while the kids relax with a DVD, and when it’s time to dine you can gather the whole family around the dining table and enjoy the garden views.

Doors to the garden from the living space mean you’re never more than a moment from the chance to sit back for a few minutes and feel the sun on your face, and the communal gardens make a spacious place for the kids to let off steam and make the most of their time in Somerset.

Evenings at Bramble Cottage are all about curling up on the leather sofas and plotting where to walk together the next day, and just to make things that little bit cosier there’s even an electric flame effect fire to help you all unwind.

We’d forgive you for retiring to bed early once you see the master bedroom, as the Juliet balcony makes a tempting place to sip on something cool before you curl up in the ever-so-inviting king size bed.
