We were there a week and the first night boiler not working and reported the next day and had to call a further twice as broke again 2nd day and 4th day , even though it was being dealt with when I reported the problem after the 2nd and 3rd time I told them that I wanted it sorted and it was frustrating ( spoke to Gemma on all occasions) boiler still kept breaking and as we had hottub needed to shower at least once a day , thankfully weather was OK so no heating was manageable, on the day we were leaving it broke again so that's 4 out of 7 days we had issues.
