From this delightful cottage, the Coleridge Way can be easily accessed, a new 36 mile trail taking you through the stunning countryside of the Quantock Hills with its herds of ponies, through the Brendon Hills and into Exmoor National Park. You can look for fossils on Kilve beach, an Area of Special Scientific Interest, or explore the several small quiet pebbled bays to be found between Kilton and Minehead. Further along the coast is the vibrant seaside town of Minehead with its sandy beach, harbour fishing and coastal boat trips, or you could visit picturesque coastal towns and villages including Watchet and Lynmouth. Other attractions nearby include the Stockland Lovell Equestrian Centre, Dunster Castle and the West Somerset steam railway. On entering this lovely self contained annexe, which is situated in beautiful and peaceful countryside in the pretty hamlet of Kilton, you will find yourself in the traditional and welcoming lounge/diner.
