There are two golf courses, riding schools, cycle hire shops and numerous National Trust properties in the area. The closest public house serving local ales and food is one mile away, with further rural pubs also close by.
Ten minutes away is Church Stretton where antique and independent shops, a golf course, gliding club and the Carding Mill Valley can be found. The property is ideally placed to visit the medieval town of Shrewsbury with its many independent shops, and traditional farmers and craft markets. A little further is Ludlow, the foodie capital of Shropshire with its award winning Ludlow Food Centre.

Excellent accommodation in a tranquil setting. Very good welcome pack and friendly welcome. A good base for exploring Shropshire and a pleasure to come home to in the evenings.

A really comfortable and cosy cottage. Extremely well equipped, even has a home cinema for those wet evenings. If you're looking for a peaceful cottage in beautiful surroundings, this is it. The owners do absolutely everything they can to make sure their guests are comfortable including a giant welcoming hamper with ingredients for a good breakfast included.
