Beautiful views of the surrounding hills and a large nearby duck pond with dozens (maybe hundreds) of ducks which were lovely to watch. We visited in October and the big wood burning stove and home cinema system provided cosy nights in. Plenty to do in the local area, including walks in the hills from the door. Simon, the owner, was very friendly and helpful (thanks again Simon). A bottle of wine and some chocolates were waiting for us when we arrived which was a thoughtful welcoming gift. Really lovely all round!
