Further afield lies the Welsh mountains and coast and picturesque Lakes Vyrnwy and Bala, while the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge, Medieval Shrewsbury and Chester are also within driving distance.

The owners were lovely and the apartment was spotless. The bed was really comfortable and they had all the facilities you'd need. I'd highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back in the future.

Comfortable bed and chairs. Everything required for a pleasant self catering stay. Owner helpful and courteous. Powis Castle, Chirk castle, various canal systems, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, Hawkstone and Llangollen, along with many other attractions are within 45 minutes drive. Being positioned on the edge of Morda, you don't have to drive through the centre of Oswestry to get anywhere. Don't rely on your sat nav to get there, as it's better to follow directions.
