External utility room/bike store with tumble dryer (shared with other property on-site). Patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Large enclosed lawned garden and 2-acre landscaped grounds with woodland (shared with owner and other property on-site). No smoking. Please note: There are steps down to the external utility room/bike store.
    These two spectacularly presented barn conversions are located within the village of Milson, adjacent to the owners home. Surrounded by stunning views of the countryside, they offer the perfect base for a getaway in the Shropshire countryside. The cottages offer many benefits to enjoy on arrival such as cake, produce and fresh flowers.
    Oak Barn (ref UK12218) is wonderfully spacious, containing three beautifully presented bedrooms that sleep six overall. The Granary (ref UK12219) is a contemporary cottage, containing one beautifully presented double bedroom that sleeps two. Both properties offer a shower room and a bathroom with heated towel rails. The living, kitchen and dining areas are open plan in a light and spacious environment. Exposed beams are visible throughout the properties, giving them real character. Both barns have shared access to an enclosed lawned garden, and there is also dedicated parking.
    The barns are peacefully located, set in the quiet of the countryside surrounded by nature but conveniently located to easily access the lovely surroundings such as Tenbury Wells, Cleobury Mortimer and Ludlow. Both Tenbury Wells and Cleobury Mortimer offer a range of shops and restaurants to explore along with a pub just 2 miles away. If you’re looking for something else, there are many stunning National Heritage sites nearby. Kidderminster train station is just 15 miles away with links to Birmingham, London, Stratford-upon-Avon and Malvern. Cleobury Mortimer golf course is just 5 miles from the property. Shop and restaurant 3½ miles, pub 2 miles.
    These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 8 guests.

    The 2-acre grounds and enclosed garden are shared with the owner and both properties, and the tumble dryer in the external boiler room is shared between the two properties and accessed via steps. The owner requests that the house is left in a clean and tidy state when departing. If the house is left in an unacceptable condition you will be liable to pay for cleaning costs. Please note candles, fireworks or Chinese lanterns are not to be used and please only use BBQs provided due to the type of building. The properties are situated on a working sheep farm with chickens. Well behaved children are welcome. For safety and maximum enjoyment throughout your stay, parents are responsible for and must supervise children at all times. There is a fenced pond in the owner's private garden (no access for guests).
