It is situated in a perfect position to enjoy the delights of Ludlow, with the castle, markets, shops, restaurants and the station all a very short walk away. Adam, the caretaker, was extremely welcoming and helpful and made sure our stay ran smoothly.

Property manager, Adam, was very attentive and reassuring although we had no need to call on him during our stay. The location is great with the town just a 10 minute walk and a Tesco store just 2 minutes away. The only drawback is maybe the narowness of the entrance for larger cars. Altogether a lovely stay and the welcome pack of scones, jam, cream and milk was much appreciated. Thank you.

We found it just the right size for the 2 of us. Comfy beds and arm chairs but the sofa was less so. Conveniently located but quiet being tucked away. Great to have parking so close to Ludlow centre, which was in close walking distance. Whilst the entrance appears impossibly narrow, we didn't encounter any problems in accessing it ( although could have done without a couple of ruts) . Attentive Adam (property manager), came to welcome us and to check we had settled in ok. On Sunday morning we had an issue with the Fridge/Freezer which wasn't functioning correctly. Adam had it replaced with a new one in less than 3 hours without any disruption to our stay - a great achievement thanks. Ludlow itself has lots of character, with the historic town centre, the town walls walk, lovely little museum and St Laurence Church well worth seeking out. The castle was closed for part of our visit for a series of outdoor concerts , so we will save that for next time ! The surrounding countryside was attractive with many historic buildings. Lovely walks from the door and in the surrounding hills. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
