Guests appreciate the secure garden for dogs, the peaceful countryside, and the friendly, helpful owners. While some noted the proximity to a busy road, the overall sentiment is one of a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews consistently mention the cleanliness of the cottage, describing it as comfortable and well-maintained. The repeated commendations for the property's cleanliness from multiple guests suggest a high standard upheld by the owners.

The location is generally praised for its peacefulness and proximity to local attractions and countryside walks. However, a few guests mentioned difficulty in finding the entrance and the nearby busy road, which slightly impacted the score.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a homely atmosphere. The spaciousness and quietness contribute to the comfort, although some noted low beams and sloping roofs as minor inconveniences.

The property is described as well-equipped with a secure garden, modern bathroom, and good kitchen facilities. Some guests missed having a bath and mentioned the lack of Wi-Fi and mobile signal, which affects the score slightly.

While guests mention the owners being welcoming and providing biscuits, there is not enough consistent information about additional thoughtful gestures such as gifts to accurately score this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

The bad thing was the oven stopped working and we were without it for 4 days and three nights, we had brought food to prepare but couldnt as oven had broken down. We thought they would have given us some money back due to the problem

It would be appreciated if a handrail could be installed in the shower for those like myself are a little unsteady on our legs, but otherwise everything was perfect and the dogs loved the enclosed garden and field to run around in. Many thanks from Jennifer (mum) Julian (son) and eight paws of Rosie and Kenya our two dogs.

We all (including our two German Shepherd dogs) love the space and comfort of the cottage, the very secure garden (big enough to allow ball play) and the friendliness , and helpfulness of the owners. It’s location is calm and peaceful with lots of good walks, yet it’s not too far away from centres of interest like Ludlow, or if you want a drive, it’s lovely countryside to such as Much Wenlock. Highly recommended, highly delighted.
