Little Brook is a small and charming New England style detached chalet, located next to the owner's house, the chalet is accessed via its own entrance and enclosed patio garden. A warm pine panelled interior is complemented with soft furnishings and splashes of colour in warm greens and pinks - reminiscent of a summer garden. A cosy open plan lounge / kitchen / diner looks out towards the garden and bifold patio doors open onto a small private patio area, where you may enjoy eating alfresco on a warm evening.  Little Brook is just moments from a pretty nature reserve and footpaths offering a variety of short walks. Take a stroll along the nearby River Stour, row boat hire is also available just up the road in Wimborne. Cultural lovers have a choice of attractions locally including Kingston Lacy, a National Trust property and Wimborne Minster, a church which dates back to the 12th Century.  Exploring the town centre of Wimborne Minster offers a variety of high street multinationals with a good mixture of independent and unique shops set on quaint streets.  Strolling through the ancient streets you can dine at a variety of restaurants such as The Tickled Pig or Number 9. Stopping for a drink, there are a number of choices such as The Gin House: dedicated to gin, sample one of hundreds of varieties or try The Tap House, a specialist in local and national real ales. In the middle of the town, the Tivoli theatre has a good variety of film screenings, plays, shows and music. For a full day of fresh country air and walking visit the nearby Badbury Rings, an Iron Age hill fort.  Bournemouth and Poole for shopping, beaches, harbour side and venues can be reached in under half an hour. Wimborne and the local area are home to a diverse number of festivals throughout the year including those dedicated to Cider, Film and Music so remember to check what's on when you visit.  However you plan to spend your holiday, Little Brook offers guests a relaxing stay in a stylish property in an area perfect for exploring.
