15 Fairwinds is a second floor apartment situated in the exclusive area of Sandbanks, Dorset. Sandbanks has quickly become a destination for those looking for the beach lifestyle, and with land prices reputedly being the fourth most expensive in the world, it is an ideal place for a glamorous holiday.
Internally 15 Fairwinds offers light and airy accommodation with oak flooring and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The modern living area benefits from glass doors leading out to a furnished balcony. Externally, Fairwinds is situated in a quiet street with communal gardens. A cot and high chair are available for our younger guests.
Just a short walk away is Sandbanks Beach, a sandy beach with clear waters that has held the International Blue Flag award for the past 22 years. There is a wide variety of cafes and eateries along the sea front and a number of kiosks selling buckets and spades and delicious ice creams.
A popular attraction in the area is the Sandbanks ferry that has been taking passengers between Sandbanks and Studland since 1926.
A short drive away is Poole, offering diverse entertainment, a bustling waterfront and not forgetting the vast selection of water sport activities Poole is renowned for. There are also miles of sandy beaches and clean, clear waters to enjoy.

...everything we could possibly need. The best beds we've had in a holiday apartment! Underfloor heating was very warm! The area is extremely quiet and well kept. Flat cycle/walk to the beach/harbour etc so made the location perfect. Unfortunately there was a small problem in the apartment, no fault of Bluechip or owners, but left us with no kitchen lights for 24hrs. I had to chase Bluechip to find out what was happening and if I could use the lights, this was 24hrs after reported. Apart from that the service was very efficient.
