Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews consistently mention that the Shepherd's Hut and other accommodations are extremely clean, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The property is praised for its lovely location, beautiful scenery, and privacy, although the approach via a bumpy road and limited WiFi/phone signal are noted.

The retreat is described as cosy and homely, with a comfortable bed and a log burner. However, some guests mention issues with the mattress and bathroom heating.

Facilities like the hot tub are highly regarded, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as the towel radiator not working and the need for a bread knife.

While some guests mention a welcome pack and the provision of logs, there are inconsistencies with the provision of these items, and as such, it cannot be guaranteed that such gifts will always be provided.

We had an issue with the tap which was fixed right away. However, the only downside was that it was right next to a walking route so people would walk past quite often, and whilst using the hot tub, it isn’t the nicest. Secondly, it was advertised as having wifi which is one reason I went for this one however, when I arrived, there was no wifi and basically no signal either which caused a few issues.
