It is an old stone cottage with all mod cons and is well equipped with everything you could wish for. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the communication from the owners, George and Liz who ensured our stay went without any problems. Bradwell is ideally placed for exploring the Peak District. It is well served by, shops, pubs, buses, and is a pleasant walk to both Castleton and Hope. I would highly recommend.

We reviewed a lot of cottages, and going on the reviews, we picked The Dispensary. We were not disappointed. The communication from George leading up to our stay, the welcome gifts we received when we arrived, and the house was exactly as described. There was everything you needed, and from the little communication we have had with George, I imagine if you noticed something lacking, he would try to put that right. He is very committed to ensuring you have a great stay. We visited 2 of the local pubs, and the chippy and co-op. Everywhere you go, everyone was friendly. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the whole area - you won't be disappointed. We are looking at dates for next year when we can return with our Jack Russell who loved the bed provided by George! It was lovely to meet you George, and thank you for such a lovely stay.

Cottage really comfortable, well equipped , comfy beds , good shower. Location very good for visiting nearby places Bakewell , Buxton , Eyam , Chatsworth. Good to meet George ( didn’t get to meet Liz) who was very attentive in making sure we enjoyed our stay ( even apologising for the weather )
