Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests finding the property spotless and others noting issues with dust, cobwebs, and maintenance of cleaning equipment. The owner's responsiveness to feedback and improvements in cleaning services are acknowledged.

The location is highly praised for its quiet, beautiful setting and proximity to amenities, tourist attractions, and walking paths. The scenic and peaceful environment contributes to a positive experience.

Guests find The Hayloft comfortable, with very comfortable beds and a cosy atmosphere. The spaciousness and warmth of the property contribute to a relaxed stay, although some minor issues with lighting and furniture comfort are mentioned.

The facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. However, some guests mention a lack of certain kitchen items, lighting issues, and a small fridge. The provision of logs for the woodburner and a warm boiler room are positives.

There is insufficient information to score thoughtfulness as there are no consistent mentions of gifts or special touches provided by the host. While some guests mention receiving eggs, this is not a recurring theme in the reviews.

Very comfortable beds. Good spot for exploring. Really helpful owner, who showed us round the property, recommended local walks, turned up to fix breakages, and let us leave later than expected! Thankyou!
