"Had a really nice week weather was not very good but still enjoyed it"
"A wonderful week in a very comfortable cottage. Would happily stay there again."
"We had a lovely few days in derbyshire"
"Everything you need is in this lovely cottage. Beds were very comfortable and the coal fire was great to relax in front of after a day of walking. Lovely cottage in a beautiful location with a very friendly owner. Just perfect."
"Church end cottage was a good base for exploring the peaks. Generally it was pleasant enough the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family visit. The sofas were very uncomfortable and a few things in the property are overdue an update. The freezer in the lounge made a terrible noise which travelled upstairs into the back bedroom had to turn that off. Wifi was good no problems with that or phone signal. We were told that there would be enough wood for a few fires but as many logs that were supplied the kindling unfortunately was only enough for one fire. A very enjoyable holiday."
"Well located, comfortable and perfectly equipped cottage. A credit to the owners."
"Had a wonderful time at Church End cottage, it's our 2nd visit & would definitely visit again. It's so homely and very cosy, great location for getting everywhere to. Maybe could do with having a few more DVDs available or something bit apart from that fantastic."
"We were absolutely delighted by the preparation put into this visit by the owner. Everything made us feel most welcome. Our only real criticism in the present day was lack of wi-fi!"
"Excellent location for touring the Peak District. The cottage was spacious and clean and well equipped. The owners were helpful."
"Very near the high peak and handy for public transport. Good standard of accommodation."
"A wonderful cottage in a great location. Plenty of space for 5 adults in our party with all the amenities we needed."
"Lovely cottage, spacious, well presented and great location. The only downside was that we had to leave!"
"Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was in a very beautiful building and was cosy for our stay in December with a lovely log fire. The cooking and dining arrangements were very convenient and made catering easy. It was very handy for local walks and the nearby village of Hayfield was very pretty."
"We had a brilliant weekend in this snug cottage. Plenty of room for all of us. We had everything we needed and the host was very hepful. Can recommend this cottage."

"Great cottage and very well supplied. Excellent furnishings and standard of decoration. Exceptionally clean and well kept. Very friendly and helpful owners - they had even decorated the house with a tree and Christmas decorations. How kind! Dec 2008."

"Brilliant accommodation and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful on our arrival. Had some trouble finding the property (and in the dark!) but mainly due to its location on the road rather than poor directions. We had a great stay. Thanks. Nov 2008."

"We chose this cottage for a family celebration of my sixtieth birthday as I was born in the area. We could not have chosen a more perfect cottage and in such a beautiful place. It was so cosy yet spacious with everything we needed including an open fire. We had wonderful walks too and can’t wait to return. Feb 2008. "

"I have stayed in a number of your properties with friends and this one was by far the best. The cottage was well thought out with excellent furnishings and the kitchen came with everything we needed. The entrance porch was excellent for storing walking gear, meaning we did not have to trample dirty boots through the rest of the cottage. May 2007."

"Beautifully presented cottage in a fine location with a kitchen better-equipped than the one at home! July 2006."

"We were warmly greeted on arrival and the property was lovely, we had an excellent time. After I arrived home we were sent a card from the owners thanking us for staying which i felt was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay at this property again. Beautiful setting. Jan 2006."
