There are a few things that could be changed. They could do with blinds on the big patio doors. A bit more privacy would be better. Especially on an evening. The bed was very small. They have all that beautiful space. So could definitely benefit from a bigger bed. The hot tub was amazing, however I do feel it could have been a bit warmer, especially for the October month. Even though there are a few issues. It was still an amazing property and we had a very enjoyable, relaxing week. The property was lovely and warm, didn’t get to use the open fire. (Which was a shame) And the little touches like Prosecco, toilet rolls, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, sugar and sweeteners was lovely. Thankyou for an amazing week.

The Cosy is a lovely little retreat. But lacks certain amenities to make your stay that little bit special. The instant hot water isn’t boiling hot, so doesn’t make the best tea. There are no blinds to the lovely fully opening garden window doors, which are brilliant on a hot day. The Cosy it warm with the underfloor heating. Bed is really comfy with really comfy pillows. The bed it’s self needs the casters taking off & solid feet putting on. We found ourselves heading towards to spiral stairs case on several occasions;) The shower needs the second adjustable head fitting & the toilet roll dispenser relocating to a higher position. There are no facilities to wash your dog after walkies other the hosepipe outside. But all said we it have a lovely time here & would highly recommend. The people of Hayfield are really friendly, the Packhorse food is exceptional. The Hallam brothers garage are brilliant, so much so we found ourselves part exchanging our car for a new Ranger Rover…

The bed wasn't really that comfortable and would have liked a king size bed we took our own air fryer and would suggest that you supply one because they are very economical to use we used ours all the time it's only a suggestion but would be beneficial to the owners would not use as much gas or electric
