"Had a great time. Hayfield is a lovely village and ideal for many different walks. Will definitely go back."
    Mrs Rogers ‐ 1 Jun 2018
"Wonderful location with good value restaurant nearby. Had problems getting in and out of bed as one side was against the wall but very little can be done. Very comfy bed though"
    Mrs Baxter ‐ 1 May 2018
"The owner went beyond expectations by putting some extras in the property for our arrival which was a lovely gesture and made us feel very welcome. The view of the village from this property is beautiful and the position, close to three pubs all of which serve food and a local shop which is 'open all hours', is second to none. We can particularly recommend The George. Not sure that the directions to the property are entirely accurate but we found it with a little help from the village shop!"
    Mrs Cargill
"The property was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. An ideal holiday apartment for 2 people. There are plenty of tourist attractions within easy reach and lovely walks from the door. There are good pubs and cafes in the village for eating out."
    Mrs Catherine Innes, Kirkcaldy,
"A beautiful location right in the midst of the lovely village of Hayfield. Our host was very friendly and keen to make our stay comfortable. The flat was very clean and well equipped with ample towels and spare bedding. It is in a good location for sightseeing, walking and eating out , with friendly locals! Would definitely recommend!"
    Mr Leslie Francis, Stratford, Queensland
"The apartment was roomy, very light, well-equipped and everything worked. The aspects from the large front window (church) and the back window (flower filled garden) were very pleasant. There are plenty of little shops a short walk away and several pubs serving good food. Good walks start from the Hayfield village."
    Miss Rebecca Carlisle, leeds,
"We had a lovely break in the property - perfect size for two people and everything was catered for (even picnic bags and a blanket!). Location was perfect as well. Overall - brilliant!"
    Mr Anthony Jones, Lowestoft, Suffolk
"The flat was nice and quiet and the location for walks without using the car was excellent. Facilities in the village were excellent with good food in the pubs. Friendly people around nearly everyone spoke to you as you walked. The walks ranged from quite challenging to easy. This suited our needs from day to day. The weather was good but there was a sign in the flat saying 'if you can see the church it was just about to rain if you couldn't it is already raining'. So I think that we were lucky."

    Ms Hendry, West Wickham,
"The location of the property gave easy access to excellent walking routes for walkers of all levels. The village is delightful with an interesting history. The flat is clean, well equipped and perfectly met our needs. The owner was very pleasant and helpful."
