This semi-detached stone house is situated in Youlgreave also spelt Youlgrave depending on which end of the village you enter, at the heart of the Peak District. With spectacular views of the valleys at the bottom of the rear garden, this is a quaint period property ideal for exploring the surrounding National Park. On the ground floor is a bespoke modern kitchen with all the facilities you require. After cooking up a treat at the impressive range cooker, you won't mind doing the washing up with the incredible views of the dale beyond the back of the property. The kitchen includes a small dining area, and from here you can relax in the pine-floored sitting room and watch a DVD whilst toasting in front of the gas wood burner. The upper floor provides a double bedroom with a separate dressing area, together with an additional twin bedroom and a family bathroom. To the rear of the property enjoy the beautifully maintained country cottage garden, with a bench to look into the valley beyond and the River Bradford. The nearest pub is just a gentle stroll into Youlgrave itself. You can take a walk along the waterside of the River Bradford or just a few miles further on you can sample the famous puddings in nearby Bakewell. Further afield is all the beauty that the Peak District National Park has to offer. Cycle the district on one of the many tailored routes, follow the walking trails from village to village or if you begin to miss the city life, you’re only a 20-mile drive from Sheffield. Dimberlyne Cottage is a charming spot by the River Bradford, ideal for an authentic break in the Peak District.

The countryside village of Youlgreave is situated between two of the area's valley - Lathkill Dale to the north and Bradford Dale to the south. The village is home to three pubs, all serving food, two shops (one with a Post Office) and a delightful medieval church. The market town of Bakewell is nearby and offers a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a frequent local market. With the whole of the Peak District National Park on the doorstep, many stately homes to visit including Chatsworth House.
