Venture further afield to the majestic Chatsworth House, take a guided tour to learn more about its famous rich history, modern waterworks and sculptures, or head to the farmyard where you can handle animals and the little ones can venture around the woodland playground, with its Victorian rock garden and maze, there is something for everyone here. Head into the lively city of Nottingham for excellent shopping facilities and plenty of attractions, including the National Justice Museum and City of Caves. Eastwood is a former mining town resting within the Broxtowe District of Nottinghamshire. The town is mostly famous for being the birthplace of author D.H.
