'Mundles' is a lovely holiday cottage, very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. It's only a car ride from amazing things to do, and a great place to come home to at the end of the day. The little yard was perfect for our dog, and for us to sit out in. The cottage had everything we needed, the quality of the equipment and furnishings was very high, and the heated towel rail in the little walk in cupboard was genius, we got drenched a couple of times and were able to get warm and dry easily. Caroline and Noelle provided great holiday advice, by text and face to face, we felt like real VIPs, they made sure we had everything we needed.

We arrived at Mundles after a long drive north and were delighted to find such a cosy, clean and comfortable cottage, in the peaceful solitude of Whittingham. We really appreciated that the fire had been laid ready for lighting, and we found the kitchen well equipped with all we needed to prepare food with ease. It felt very home from home, all furnishings tastefully chosen to create a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. The beautiful secluded courtyard at the back of the cottage is a real treat for breakfast or evening supper. (We recommend oysters from Lindisfarne oyster company!) We would definitely recommend this cottage and look forward very much to returning.

We've really enjoyed staying in this delightful cottage with it's lovely garden. We have everything we need and more. We had great fun going on the walk around the village and cannot wait to come here again.
