Welcoming four guests, you’ll be delighted by the charming garden and contemporary interiors. Set over three floors, you enter the property through the private front garden into the cosy living/dining area then through to the beautiful kitchen, where you can rustle up your favourite food over a glass of wine. Here you will find all the mod cons such as a boiling tap and dishwasher so no arguing about whose turn it is to do the pots. Up the stairs to the first floor there are two bedrooms, both thoughtfully designed and decorated, and up another flight of stairs there is a stylish stunning bathroom with a contemporary free standing slipper foot bath and glass screens. Outside there is a gorgeous garden with lawn, patio and well-kept shrubs, as well as furniture to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining on those lazy summer evenings.

Totley is a very sought-after suburb to the South West of Sheffield which borders the Peak District National Park. The area enjoys a host of excellent local amenities including cafés, restaurants and pubs and is surrounded by wonderful Peak District countryside where the walks are asking to be explored. Totley is situated between the Peak District National Park and the city of Sheffield while close by is the historic town of Chesterfield which is most notable for its famous crooked spire of St Mary and All Saints Church. The impressive Damflask, Agden, Dale Dike and Ladybower dams make for an interesting afternoon’s ramble, while the attractive village of Hathersage (thought to be the inspiration for Charlotte Bronte’s Jane Eyre) is also within easy reach and is home to a selection of shops, pubs and inviting eateries, plus an outdoor lido. There are many stately homes to visit including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall, whilst the historic and ever popular town of Bakewell and the rest of the Peak District, are within a short drive.
