We felt at home rapidly. It was well equipped and the parking clock was extremely useful. Nicola introduced herself and we knew where to find her if we had a problem. The cottage was easy to access from the road. The back garden was enclosed and secure. We felt able to let Duke (our English Setter) into it without fear of him escaping. We loved the area and enjoyed local restaurants. Everybody was extremely friendly and Duke was very welcome wherever we went. Wifi was available at the cottage, but it took a long time to download items, particularly Ordnance Survey maps. So a paper map was essential. The biggest drawback for us was not being able to walk Duke straight from the cottage. There was a public footpath across a field, but being ploughed, it wasn’t safe for ankles. I used it once with Duke, once was enough. We decided Dukes walks would always have to be via the car. There were plenty of beaches to choose from! All in all we had a great holiday and we would recommend Little Robin cottage.
