It has beautiful views across rural unspoilt countryside and is the ideal location for a couple looking to explore the Northumbrian countryside, coastline and the nearby city of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Lounge and dining area: Open plan lounge area with sofa which can convert into sofa bed, log burning stove, dining table, TV with Freeview, DVD & Blu Ray player.

Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with icebox, microwave , toaster and kettle.

Bathroom: En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.

Outside: Large enclosed garden with garden furniture.

Parking: On driveway behind secure gate

General: WiFi provided, small starter welcome tray. Sofa bed in lounge. 2 bikes available for use on request.

Pets: 1 well-behaved dog welcome @ £15 per week by prior arrangement.

Availability: Short breaks available.
