Located on the edge of the traditional fishing village of Seahouses, Seaton boasts excellent views of the sea and the Farne Islands. Access to the beach is less than 50 metres away, making this a perfect coastal retreat.

If you’re looking for a coastal escape… this is it.  Beautiful Seaton House is in Seahouses, perched just above the beach, a mid terraced property with some of the most breathtaking sea views across to Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle. Accommodation is delightful, an eclectic mix of colours, prints and retro style with four bedrooms offering plenty of room for 6 guests. Step outside and the lawn appears to drop onto the beach… so kick off your shoes and feel the sand between your toes - simply perfect!

Seahouses is a great location with some good shops, cafes and pubs, a butchers and supermarket. The bustling harbour is just 50 yards away from the cottage, head to the nearby beach or pack up a picnic and head off on one of the walking trails. If you can tear yourself away from Seaton House a popular excursion is a boat trip across to the Farne Islands to observe the seabirds and the colony of Grey Seals.

Living room: sofa and armchairs, wood burner, WiFi, TV, video, DVD, board games, family card table.

First floor:

Bedroom 1: double bed, wash hand basin, sea views.

Bedroom 2: single bed, wash hand basin.

Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin, shaver point.

Second floor:

Bedroom 3: twin beds, wash hand basin, sea views.

Bedroom 4: single bed, wash hand basin.

Summerhouse: with electric supply, large fridge freezer, storage area for bikes etc, garden furniture barbecue.

Entertainment: WiFi, TV, video, DVD, board games, family card table

For families: large garden. High chair provided. Travel cot (please note, we do not supply a mattress or bed linen for the cot), baby bath, stair gate can be hired.

Books and games.

Outside: enclosed garden laid to lawn with summerhouse - approximately 2/3rds of an acre

Parking: private parking for several cars at the rear of the property.

General: WiFi. Bedding (duvets per bed & 2 pillows per person), bed line, towels (hand & bath sheet per person, plus bathroom hand towels). Welcome pack: tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

Pets: Pets: 2 well behaved dogs welcome @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. Your pet should not be left in the property unattended (unless crated) and should not be allowed in the bedroom or on furniture. Dog duvet, plastic dog bed, dog crate available for hire.
