Just a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach which stretches between Seahouses and Bamburgh. Sunshine House is a much loved holiday home, close to the dunes with uninterrupted views across to Bamburgh Castle. This dog friendly property is perfect for families and friends planning a seaside escape on the Northumberland coast.

Feel the sand between your toes and head to the lovely sandy beach or get active.. The  Heritage Coast, well known for excellent sailing, fishing and wind surfing and an excellent area for walking with many coastal trails. Beyond the Castle is Craster, a picturesque village famous for kippers and other smoked delicacies. A variety of seabirds and grey seal colonies can be observed on the Farne Islands by taking a boat trip from Seahouses.

Ground floor:

Open plan kitchen diner: oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Dining table for 10.

Utility: slate floor with washing machine and tumble drier

Living room: wood burning stove, sofas, wooden floor, WiFi, TV with Freeview, Patio doors leading to rear garden.

Bedroom 1: double bed.

Cloak room: WC, wash hand basin.

First floor:

Bedroom 2: king size bed.

Bedroom 3: super king size bed.

Ensuite: shower, WC, wash hand basin.

Bedroom 4: twin beds.

Bedroom 5: twin beds.

Family bathroom: double ended bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin. WC.

Entertainment: TV. DVD, stereo / CD, library of books, including local interest and information, and CD's DVD's

For families: 3 x travel cots, 2 x high chairs, 2 x stair gates, toys, books and games. For babies/children - steriliser, booster step, cupboard of toys, DVDs, soft toys and board games

Beach less than a 10 minute walk.

Outside: enclosed grassed garden with patio area and terrace, sitting out area with furniture. Barbeque.

Garage/games room: games table.

Parking:  private parking on driveway for 3 / 4 cars.

General: WiFi. Bedding (duvets per bed & 2 pillows per person), bed linen, towels (hand & bath sheet per person, plus bathroom hand towels). Log burning stove, Logs, kindling & matches - sufficient for your whole stay. Single z bed which can go in most rooms.

Pets: well behaved dogs welcome (up to 2) @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. Pets should not be left unattended in the property or allowed on the furniture. Dog duvet, crate, plastic dog bed can be hired.
