Snaptrip says

Lindisfarne Cottage in Northumberland is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and prime location for exploring local attractions. Guests appreciate the en-suite bedrooms, hot tub, and the village's friendly atmosphere. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is positive, with special mentions of a welcoming village shop and good pubs nearby.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage is generally described as clean and well-maintained, with several reviews highlighting its spotlessness and the provision of hand sanitiser. However, a few guests mentioned specific areas needing attention, such as kitchen appliances and outdoor furniture, slightly lowering the score.

The location is highly praised for being ideal for exploring Northumberland and the Scottish Borders, with easy access to attractions and local amenities. The village's friendly nature and proximity to good pubs and shops contribute to the high score.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with comfy beds and spacious rooms. The presence of en-suite bathrooms adds to the comfort level. However, some guests noted issues with single beds and a lack of parking space, which affects the overall comfort experience.

The cottage's facilities, including the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen, are appreciated, but several reviews mention maintenance issues such as non-working appliances and the need for more crockery. These comments suggest room for improvement in this category.

The provision of a welcome pack and bathrobes are seen as thoughtful gestures, enhancing guests' experiences. However, it is important to note that such gifts, while appreciated, may not be guaranteed for all stays.

Kim was always available if you needed anything. The village has two very nice pubs serving good food, the village shop serves an array of goodies and there are plenty of options for dog walks right on your door step. Highly Recommend.
