    Dr Frances Cryan, Chesterfield, Derbyshire
"A very comfortable, clean and well equipped house."
    Mrs Judith Griffiths, Basildon, Essex
"Smashing accommodation. Well equipped, good quality linen and comfortable beds. Well situated."
Ms Kirsty Halton, Leeds, West Yorkshire
"The property is in an excellent location really close to the beach. It is very comfortable and well laid out. It had everything we wanted - including a completely enclosed garden, so my beagle could snuffle round without any chance of breakout attempts!"
Mrs Margaret Hargreaves, Ilkley, West Yorkshire
"The cottage was very close to a wide and sandy beach, and everywhere was very dog friendly. The cottage was warm, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden was an enclosed lawned area with a table and bench chairs which catch the afternoon and early evening sun. There was easy access to the A1 and it was a good location for travelling to other areas of interest. Overall a great location for a very enjoyable holiday."
Mrs Joanne Chesters, Doncaster, South Yorkshire
"The house was well equipped, very clean and 2 mins walk to the beach. Lovely enclosed garden for our small dog. Overall a great place to spend a week and I would recommend it to anyone. Hopefully will be back next year."
    - Mrs Baier, September 2019
"However had an issue with the ensuite shower. This was an over bath one and as the bath slopped and the shower head was quite small it was tricky getting right under it but even worse was that the water ran hot and then cold! The downstairs shower ran fine but the actual cubicle is quite small. It was ok for us but could be a problem for some people."
Mrs Judith Wright, York, East Riding of Yorkshire
"Lovely light airy, spacious property. Very tastefully decorated. The location is the icing on the cake !!! Two minutes from a beautiful beach."
    Mrs Linda Chaffer, Cockermouth, Cumbria
"The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. When the weather was good, we made use of the garden and patio which is a real sun trap. The beach is very close by and perfect for walking on, which we did everyday. Seahouses is a few minutes away for shopping and Alnwick is a lovely day out especially if you include a visit to Barter Books for browsing and lunch. A very relaxing holiday and we will be back."
    Mrs Nicola Mitchell, York,
"The location was amazing - literally a minute walk to beautiful beaches. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Best equipped kitchen with lovely big pans made cooking for 7 easy - we did not eat out at all as my son has a nut allergy so it is easier to cook ourselves which is often a struggle in rented holiday cottages but not here. The big fridge freezer was very useful. Lovely secure garden. Hope to come back next year as we had the best holiday ever."
    Mr Stephen Keeney, Darlington, Durham
"Great location, very clean and comfortable."
    Mr Andy Green, Melksham, Wiltshire
"Two minutes from the fabulous beach. Very warm and comfortable house, it had the best bed we have ever had in a rental. I would consider rebooking for another holiday. The area is brilliant, and the people were very friendly. Craster Arms provide a great meal, probably the best bit of cod that I had ever had, so big that I could not eat my chips which is a first."
    Mrs Holmes, Matlock, Derbyshire
"The house was great for a family, with plenty of bathrooms and seating. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was always hot water, and the house was warm and comfortable. Beadnell is a lovely village, and the shop is excellent for emergency supplies. It also does a book lending scheme free of charge! The Craster Arms was superb, quality food at reasonable cost."
    Mrs Tamer, Bradford, West Yorkshire
"The cottage is set in a brilliant position, only a minute away from the beach and has plenty of room for seven people plus dog. Lots of parking space and a nice garden."
