The sandy beach at Beadnell Bay is just a 5 minute walk, as are the shops and pubs of the village. With the beautiful Heritage Coast, Lindisfarne and the Farne Islands and Alnwick Castle and gardens within easy reach, this is a marvellous base for a well-earned family holiday!

Beadnell Bay began as a small Saxon settlement and is now a thriving fishing community, popular amongst tourists and holidaymakers from all over the country. Nearby is the popular village of Seahouses, which offers local amenities such as a supermarket, shops and restaurants, as well as beautiful sandy beaches. The magnificent Farne Islands can be reached by boat from the harbour and are popular with birdwatchers throughout the year. For those interested in history, the market town of Alnwick is only a short drive away and visitors can see the spectacular Castle and Gardens. Bamburgh is also close by and offers a further range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
