This three bedroom property has three cottage style bedrooms and a contemporary fitted kitchen with wood burning stove. A lovely feature is the conservatory with French doors which open onto a private enclosed courtyard, a lovely place to relax on a sunny evening.

The property is in a great location in Amble, close to the shops, pubs and cafes with the harbourside and beaches all just a short walk away. This is the perfect place for families or friends looking for a holiday home with everything close at hand.  

Take a boat trip from nearby Amble to Coquet Island, and rspb reserve famous for its puffin colonies with Terns including the Roseate Tern, one of Britain's rarest sea birds. Look out for the 80° lighthouse built on the ruins of a mediaeval tower. This entire area is steeped in history - there’s always a dramatic castle nearby with Alnwick, Warkworth, Dunstanburgh and Bamburgh all within easy reach.

Bathroom: bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Entertainment: Freeview TV, DVD, CD, radio, selection of books, games and DVD's.

For families: travel cot with linen and highchair can be provided.

Outside: rear courtyard doubles as off road parking area. Lockable bike storage.

Parking: private parking.

General: no WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burner, gas central heating. Bed linen and towels. Welcome pack: tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

    Henderson House in Amble is in an ideal location very central with parking. The house is very well equipped the kitchen especially, there are three bedrooms two bathrooms and a downstairs loo. The sun lounge across the back of the property is light airy and very sunny, the lounge with TV and DVD player is spacious and comfortable plenty of leather seating available. A lovely clean maintained house, well decorated, warm and cosy, it was a pleasure to stay.

    The property was clean, tidy and well equipped, and is suitable for up to 6 people sharing, with parking at the front of the property, gated parking for a second vehicle at the rear, and additional parking on streets around the property. It is conveniently located in a residential area for access to the shops and waterfront, and as a base to explore the coastal area of outstanding natural beauty.
