The seaside resort of Grange over Sands is a lovely place to spend the day exploring the attractions on the town s promenade and is only a short drive away, as well as Windermere, Hawkshead, Coniston, or Ulverston; this is a perfect base to explore some of the hidden treasures of the Lake District. This beautiful country house will feel like a home away from home as soon as you walk in the door. The lounge boasts comfort and tranquillity with two sofas and armchairs along with a Smart TV to enjoy a family movie with the wood burner crackling away. The snug boats another wood burner and seating area right in the hub of the house. The kitchen/diner is the main focal point of the house; with an abundance of space, it's a wonderful social area to spend time together. Here you can create a family feast and enjoy it at the dining table. There is an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher , in addition, there is a utility room with AGA, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There is also a shower room with a shower and WC at the rear of the house. On the first floor, we have two king size bedrooms and two double bedrooms and a main bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC. At the front of the property is an enclosed garden area and at the rear, a patio area with seating and a charcoal BBQ. There is off road parking for four cars. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 2 king size and 2 doubles. 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC and 1 shower room with shower and WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with AGA, washing machine and tumble dryer. 2 wood burners (first basket of logs included).
