It is a really clean and spacious property with a very well equipped kitchen. We spent a lot of socialising time in there . The welcome package was much appreciated. Thank you . The village shop was friendly and sold fresh pies and pastries. The village park was a great find . The location was ideal for what we wanted to see and do . Susie was always quick to respond to my emails . The only disappointing thing was the garden .Smaller than envisaged but possibly because it was a bit overgrown. The lawn had been cut but we had to cut back thorns and nettles to make it safe for the children . You couldnât have stepped out of the living room patio doors due to the dense mass of thorns that covered the ground ..

There were lots of little supplies e.g dishwasher tablets foil clingfilm salt pepper bread butter coffee tea and good supply of toilet and kitchen roll which were really appreciated as it is less to have to go and buy when you are on holiday. The house itself was great and very generous in terms of size- brilliant social spaces and loved the pool table. Good location for visiting other places and Black Bull Sunday lunch was excellent
