Pets: Whilst no pets are allowed at the property the owner's dog occasionally visits.

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. The property has steep stairs with a Norfolk twist, which may make it unsuitable for guests with mobility restictions and young children. Shared access to property; Care should be taken with children at all times as there is an unfenced stream in the garden. May be more suitable for families due to layout of first floor bedrooms as all three bedrooms lead off each other. Mobile phone signal weak.

Thornage and Little Thornage are neighbouring villages located in the Glaven Valley, one of the most attractive areas of rural North Norfolk. The area is ideal for walking and cycling and just a ten-minute drive from the coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley. Cley Marshes is recognised as one of the UK's premier bird-watching sites. The Georgian town of Holt is just two miles away and offers good quality shops, art galleries and eating places and Holt Country Park, where you can enjoy waymarked walks and nature trails. There are two pubs in the neighbouring villages of Hunworth and Letheringsett, which serve good food.
