On the ground floor is a kitchen with good sized dining table featuring a range style oven with six gas burners and a large comfortable sitting room. On the first floor are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a further double bedroom on the second floor. The cottage retains many original features including exposed beams and narrow staircases and benefits from an enclosed courtyard area to the rear and off road parking for one car.

Kitchen / Dining Room:
A lovely room to the rear of the cottage, with windows out over the courtyard garden. Features include exposed brickwork and original ornamental bread oven. The modern kitchen has plenty of storage, and a fantastic range cooker with six ring gas hob and double oven. There is also a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/drier.
The dining area comprises a large table and eight chairs.
Sitting Room:
A very large and comfortable room to the front of the property with exposed beams in the ceiling. There is a three seater sofa, three armchairs and a two seater sofa, coffee tables and wood burner (decorative only). TV with freeview, DVD player and CD player.
First Floor:
Double Bedroom:
Solid oak double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe with drawers beneath, armchair, exposed beams, ornamental fire place and window.
Children's Room:
Sweet room with a 2ft 6in single bed and a pull out bed beneath, bedside table with lamp, chair and bookshelf. These beds are narrower than a standard single bed and only suitable for children under the age of 10 years.
Twin Room:
Twin standard size single metal frame beds, bedside tables with lamps, fitted cupboard and built in shelving with dressing table. Exposed beams and window.
Family Bathroom:
Comprising wash hand basin, bath with shower over and WC.
Second Floor:
Steep cottage stairs
Double Bedroom:
Charming eaves room with sloping ceiling, exposed beams and velux windows. Wrought iron double bed, bedside tables with lamps, walk in wardrobe and cold water wash hand basin.
Outside:
Situated on a quiet lane, off the main road, there is no passing traffic. To the rear of the cottage there is a completely enclosed, small courtyard garden with a bistro table and two chairs, charcoal BBQ, an outside tap and a shed (possible to store one bike if required). There is a parking space for one car; further vehicles can be parked in the main public car park and weekly tickets can be purchased from the tourist information office on Staithe Street at £27.50 in 2016. These tickets enable free parking in other coastal towns too - like Cromer and Holt (see the North Norfolk District Council website for more information).
