Osier Carr Barn is a beautiful home, it has the wow factor in bucket loads and is situated in such a breath taking spot. A single storey barn conversion that has been a labour of love for the owners, Osier Carr features a hand made kitchen with a fantastic modern Aga with gas stove top, five bedrooms with four bathrooms (all very high spec), a four person sauna and a stunning main living area with vaulted and beamed ceiling, rotating wood burner and fantastic views out over the fields to the river.

Situated on a quiet road in the pretty village of Tatterford, there is no light pollution at Osier Carr, perfect for stargazing in the giant Norfolk sky. There is a resident pair of Marsh Harriers in the countryside immediately outside the garden and Barn Owls are a regular feature hunting in the fields. You can walk straight from the front door and yet are still just 20 minutes from the beach at Brancaster.

Beautiful hand made kitchen, featuring a modern Aga which gives all the benefits of cooking in the Aga ovens but the flexibility of a gas range hob, larder style fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, sink and hand made kitchen table with seating for eight.
Open plan sitting and dining room:
This is an impressive heart to the house. Very spacious with an expanse of shelving on one wall with books and middle Eastern & Russian pieces and a vaulted and beamed ceiling. The room is elegantly furnished with leather sofas and extra large armchair, coffee tables, afhghan chaise longue and matching armchairs, lamps, large wall mounted TV with Sky channels, Bose music system, fantastic rotating wood burner and dining table and eight chairs. There are tri-fold doors opening to the patio with extensive views to the open countryside beyond.
Double Bedroom 1:
Accessed from the kitchen, with French doors opening to the front of the house this charming bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe with shelving.
En Suite Shower Room:
Walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Single Bedroom:
Good sized bedroom with single bed, bedside table with lamp, comfortable armchair and wardrobe with shelving. Window to the garden.
Bunk Bedroom:
Great room for children with full size hand made bunk beds with lamp, shelving and wardrobe speace.
Family Bathroom:
Serving the single & bunk bedrooms, lovely bathroom with roll top bath, separate walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Double Bedroom 2:
King size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe with shelving and French doors to the garden.
Shower Room:
Opposite this bedroom is a shower room, comprising walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin, bidet and heated towel rail.
Master Bedroom:

Accessed through the master suite is the sauna, good size for four people.
Outside:
There is a gravelled parking area to the front of the house and more parking at the far end, space for four cars comfortably. The garden is to the front of the barn and comprises of patio and lawn. There is a well-tended kitchen garden and soft fruit area, looked after by the owners. There is garden furniture and a BBQ.
There is hard standing at the entrance to Osier Carr Barn and all the doorways are wide enough for wheelchair access. There are no steps up or down inside the house and walk in showers are available with the large enclosure in the master en suite to allow access for less mobile guests.

Low Occupancy Discounts
1 - 2 people - £400 (3 - 4 nights) or £600 (7 nights)
Guests will have use of one en suite bedroom and all the living space, gardens etc.
3 - 5 people - £520 (3 - 4 nights) or £850 (7 nights)
Guests will have use of one en suite double bedroom, one single room & bunk room with family bathroom, along with all the living space, gardens etc.
Please note:
Low occupancy discounts are available all year round (excluding school hoilidays, July & August)
Guests taking up the low occupancy discount will not have use of the sauna. Groups of 5 or less that would like all the bedrooms available and use of the sauna must select 6+ guests when booking and pay the full amount for the week.
The low occupancy discount will be applied automatically when you select the number of guests staying in the booking form.
