Outside there is a well-established sheltered garden, perfect for relaxing with a book and glass of wine! From the property, you are a short stroll away from a wide, clean and sandy beach (blue flag awarded); one of the best beaches in the UK.
Ground floor: Entrance hall leading to Lounge: with TV/freeSat and double doors leading to the conservatory with additional seating and dining table and ground floor shower room with wash basin and WC. Kitchen: with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and door leading to the garden. Additional Snug room.
First floor: 1 double bedroom with king size bed and 1 family bedroom with 3 single beds (both bedrooms furnished in the shabby chic style). Family bathroom, with a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC.
Please note: No Children under the age of 10 years. Outside: enclosed garden with established flower beds. Amenities: bed linen and towels provided. Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces to the front of the property, sorry no pets.. Location: beach a 12-minute stroll, local shop a 1-minute stroll.

“This was our first stay in a Key Cottages property but we will certainly go with them again. Overdale House was spacious, comfortable and offered everything we needed for a really pleasant stay. If anything, the photographs did not do justice to Overdale House and its facilities. The conservatory was a particularly pleasant dining area in the evening sunshine. The bedrooms were clean, bright and comfortable. The garden is also a really nice place to relax though we couldn't make the most of it due to a cooler than average breeze in late April.”

“Lovely spacious accommodation. We had a lovely week in Sheringham staying at Overdale House. We felt that every possible thing had been done to make our stay safe at this time. A great location, in easy walking distance of all that Sheringham and the surrounding area has to offer. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, and although there were just two of us it would be great for more - up to five. Keys Holiday Cottages is a great company, cottages are always just as described and an easy booking, key pick up and drop of system. You can always be sure you will get value for money and high class accommodation. The staff are lovely and friendly. ”
