It is comfortable, cosy and just yards from the sea front and town centre. The property has a delightful enclosed garden with seating area at the front and the all-important off-road parking for one car.
Ground floor: Front door leading into: Lounge; with TV. Door into inner hallway with door to Dining room, with steps leading into the Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave.
First floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to 2 Double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Family bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath, WC and wash basin.
Please note: This property is a traditional character property and therefore has several steps and quirky features. Off-road Parking. Highchair. Bed linen supplied. (Please bring own towels.) Regret no pets. Location: beach 60 metres, pubs and shops a 4 minute stroll.

“First visit to Norfolk, and absolutely blessed with the amazing weather. Romany Rye is perfectly located for the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. Yes, it's a little dated, and there is no WiFi but that didn't detract from the great holiday we had. Double bed in the main room was very comfortable, and neither of the kids complained about their beds so they must have been ok too. Couldn't find any information about the bins (recycling in particular), also had to guess how to use the washer but it wasn't rocket science. Hopefully we will return in the future ”
